Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the fixtures you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals to ensure it arrives safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned lighting, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
